Three-Herb Beef Breakfast Patties by Mickey


This recipe is AMAZING. 
It blew me away! 

The combination of sage, thyme and rosemary is fantastic. 

If you are bored with eating ground beef, then it's time to try this recipe

I had the patties with 1/2 avocado, some blueberries and coconut cream. 

By the way, I cooked the patties with duck fat, but you can definitely follow the recipe below and use coconut oil. 

Both are great for cooking at high temperatures, and above all, they taste so good!
