Sweet potato with coconut milk

Hello guys, I had this snack yesterday !  Sweet and crunchy. Super simple.

You need :

- one small sweet potato
- 2 desert spoons of coconut milk (I buy it in a can, 100% natural, I hope it's true !)
- One slice of sprouted bread ( health food shop,  in the fridge, look for the stickers, some have less sodium than others)
- 1 teaspoon of Tahini
- A handful of cashew nuts (raw, not salted)
- a dash of cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- a dash of Stevia or a few drops of Agave sirup
(optional)

Steam the sweet potato, skin on. Cook it till you are still able to get thick slices. Put it in the fridge for later if you like.

Peel off the skin of the sweet potato. Then, on a plate : have your sweet potato roughly sliced. Add the coconut milk .

Spread some Tahini on the bread, and sprinkle the spices on it. Add a dash of Stevia or some Agave sirup on the bread if you like.

Add the cashew nuts.

ENJOY !
