Almond Milk contains sea salt ! Be careful and read the labels.

If you love CHOCOLATE, I'm pretty sure you will be a fan...
To be honest, I have this hot drink almost every day ! It is so delicious that it stops all my cravings!
Ingredients, for a Large Hot Chocolate
- 1 cup of Organic Almond Milk (In Sydney, I found this brand called Pure Harvest, no sugar added)
- Hald a cup of Filtered Water
- 1 Tablespoon of Organic Unsweetened Raw Cacao Powder (easy to find in Organic Shops)
- Spices and Sweetener are optional : a pinch of ginger powder, 3 to 4 cardamom seeds(OR a pinch of ground cardamom), a pinch of Organic Stevia Powder (the Herb)
Directions
- Bring the water and Almond Milk with Cardamom Seeds(optional) to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat.
- In a large glass or cup, put the raw cacao power, the ground spices, the dash of Stevia.
- Pour less than half of the hot mixture into your glass or cup. Make sure you do this step very slowly ! Stir the Cacao Mix Powder with a fork until completelety dissolved, then keep pouring the rest of the hot liquid into your glass.
- My technique is to put back this mixture into the saucepan and reheat it slightly.
- Remove the Cardamom Seeds with a teaspoon.
- Enjoy ...
